CNG Ground Cascade Storage

General Description

CNG ground cascade consists of a series of natural gas cylinders, steel frame, valves, pressure gauge, pipelines and high-pressure fittings. Priority sequence control panel can also be installed according to customers' requirements. CNG cascade is used for ground storage of compressed natural gas. Due to the government’s requirement of stationary CNG storage cascades should be located outdoors at ground, the steel cylinders with 250 bar operation pressure are widely used so far.

Features of Ground Storage:

1. CNG cylinder cascade is commonly installed in utility companies or other locations including automotive service stations, bus depots, and fleet garages.
2. The CNG storage cascade is features by robust build quality, higher pressure compared with CNG cylinder for vehicles.
3. CNG storage cascade should be kept away from rain and fierce sunlight. In addition, it should be away from fire source and high temperature.
4. The operating pressure of CNG cascade is 250bar.

Component

It is composed of gas cylinders, steel racks and fittings. Fittings include high-pressure stainless pipe, ball valves, HP joints and connectors, safety valve, pressure gauge and valves, etc.

Normal water capacity of each unit:

1. 1200Liters, 2000Liters, 3000Liters, 4000Liters
2. Cascade of different dimensions could be manufactured according to per buyers’ requirements.
